All we can say about it is: don't hold it against us. You spend your savings however you want; we do the same. Still, it's something that happens once in a while, not all the time. For our regular shopping, we don't go to Channel; we go to thrift stores. In the last few years, thrifting has started coming into fashion, and we could not be happier about it! Vintage items tend to be more expensive if you buy them anywhere else, but if you look carefully, you might find some amazing hidden treasures among the giant pile of blouses, dresses, and coats in a thrift store. Some pieces are perfect and absolutely amazing, and we cannot believe someone chose to get rid of them, but we sure are happy when we find them! Other items look terrible, we have to be honest, but the key here is to see the potential. If the fabric is pretty enough, who says that ugly ruffled dress from the 80's can't transform into a perfect matching set to wear during your summer vacation? It's all about having a lot of imaginations a little bit of skill with a sewing machine. After all, fashion doesn't necessarily has to be about having a lot of expensive things; it's about expression and imagination!
