The bun has to be soft enough to contrast with the crispiness of the chicken, but it has to keep the chicken inside, because if the bun is too big, then it is impossible to eat a sandwich neatly. I still love the crispy edges that escape from the bun. Well, at this point, I'm already getting hungry, and I couldn't even finish my description of my ideal chicken sandwich.
